Deceptive advertising
So far, contrary to others, I have received very good service. I returned an item because it was not as advertised on their site without a problem.
I have not received an exchange or refund yet, but it's in process. Their JPR is the true scam here. Although they say to check the value of the jewelry, this is not an easy thing to do- however, it can be done. A gold bracelet they say has a JPR of $2950 (0.45 grams of 18 kt gold) would actually sell for less than $100 at a good retail store.
Be careful - do your homework.
Some items I will keep - others will have to be returned since the intended receiver of the items suddenly died. We shall see how those refunds go.

Your employee was very helpful, listened to my issue, put me on hold while she sent a new watch to my home. Very courteous and professional.
I didn't have a problem with customer service. I had a 1 yr. Warranty on my watch and it was missing 4 stones.

An item I received was not what it was supposed to be
I won an auction for rare pink ayoku Japanese pearls in 18kt gold. The pendent was labeled the above as it should be but I noticed the earrings were just freshwater white pearls.
The invoice states that they are rare pink ayoku Japanese pearls but that was not what was sent to me.
I tried contacting them online but could not so I emailed them. They returned email that they are busy and it might be a while before I hear from them

Preferred solution: The right earring pink pearls that I won and paid for to match the pendent and I want them asap

Jewelry room stole 175.40 from me with no damn way to contact them, I have tried there number out of Hawaii, no one answers, and you can't leave a message, do not bid on this site they will steal your money and you can't contact them in any way!!!

The truth about www.JewelryRoom.com
After winning bids on this site and paying in full via Pay pal I discovered Jewelry room, RTOVERSEAS and Golden Star Limited and Jewlxy, all associated with one person they produce the purchases through Golden Star Limited in Hong Kong. Paying through Pay Pal shows RTOVERSEAS is the name on the pay pal invoice.so there are other names mention in my search the Name CHAN comes up he is associated with an Indian company also.
so my advice to all is always pay if you must.. buy with Pay pal that way you log a complaint and have the chance to get a refund.
Oh and they charge delivery fee for each item but send all your orders in 1 parcel which is USD 23.00 for me in Australia. so yes it is a rip off and keep in mind that what you see on the website is greatly larger in stock photo than actual size, DIFFUSED stones mean NO VALUE at all and others on this site overbid all the time and don't forget to google if your not sure about a stone in a ring you may like.

Awful jewelry
They show beautiful pics and have all of the reasons the story is fantastic mine came in WAY smaller/brassy colored than I expected. I took them to a jeweler and 2 pawn shops to check the value and they ALL said it was crap. I highly recommend not buying from here!

I did not receive a tracking number for my order. It also it placing bids without my knowledge!
Now it wants me to check out $1000+ dollars of jewelry. Ive tried deleting them(there is some that are the same piece but one is $100 and the other is $70 or $65.
If I dont receive a tracking number soon, I expect the RING I ordered, or my money back.
About my order
I ordered 8 items and only received 3 of the eight items. K paid for all eight items on June 15, 2021. I have not been issued a refund on items not received
